Position Title: Enterprise Account Manager (BFSI)

Location: Mumbai

The Company:

As our Enterprise Account Manager ( BFSI) you are accountable for sales opportunities of the FireEye family of cyber security products . Specifically, this position is responsible interacting with large scale enterprises in establishing business relationships at executive level to assess opportunities, developing account plans, contract negotiations, and post sales account management.

To be successful you will need to work with internal teams and partner with the Channel on lead generation, account planning and new account development and/or expanding existing accounts.

Opportunity Assessment: Personally oversee and be the primary point-of-contact for your customers
Account Plan Development: Working with FireEye’s Partner and Channel resources and develop actionable, strategic sales plans for your accounts
Contract Negotiations: Take accountability of contract negotiations
Post Sale Management: Know your customer, understand key contractual obligations, facilitating customer meetings and communications regarding deliverables where necessary

What You Bring With You:
Minimum of 10+ years with 5+ years in BFSI domain with understanding of cyber security guidelines and frameworks, security operations center, etc. will be helpful
Must demonstrate deep penetration into at least five accounts be it from large public sector or private sector banks
Vertical domain expertise with good understanding of regulatory framework, technology solutions (application, security, infrastructure including storage/availability)
Coverage of regulatory bodies such as RBI will be advantageous
Demonstrable consistent success against quotas and targets
Adept in negotiation of enterprise contracts
Ability to build, run and manager accurate pipeline and forecasts
Able to create excellent relationships with your customers and internally across internal teams - Systems Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services etc…
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to be challenged and a strong desire to learn
An open mind and an appetite for excellence
Fluent in English and local regional language
