Compliance to Site ESH permits, local and international regulations and support the implementation of Clariant ESHA systems
ESHA Management System
Support the Implementation of ESHA Guidelines and guides across all the sites
Conduct Environment Safety and Health related trainings.
Carry out ESH Audits and inspections
Support in the preparation of ESH documentation and reporting to Corporate ESHA
Support implementation of Clariant Incident reporting & Emergency Management system
Inspection and monitoring of WWTP and reporting to Regulatory authorities
Regulatory compliance pertaining to various permissions
Coordinating and facilitating customer for regulatory audit
Knowledge / Skill required
Knowledge and understanding of Occupational health & Safety principles, Standards and guidelines
Knowledge of ISO systems
Knowledge and understanding of local Environment, Safety & Health regulations
Knowledge of working with MS office and generation of ESHA MIS reports
Lead and coach all the employees of the plant.
Is responsible for people development (evaluation, training, talent identification…)
Interaction with other functions
Coordinating with site operation team for the preparation of all regulatory, Customer, GMP and ESHA audits.
B.Tech or BE in any branch of Engineering or Masters in Science
PG Diploma in Industrial Safety
Total work experience of 5-10 years in a Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Pharma / Process industry
Fluent in spoken and written English
