Job Description

Managing of Salary Accounts Portfolio

 Handle defined portfolio across the EB Corporate for life cycle management
 Effectively follow the Beat Plan - CAT A & B corporates
 Corporate Engagement / Franchise Build business through thru micromarketing activities , Microsites
 Improve Asset & Wealth Penetration - Meeting the defined targets month on month.
 Aggressively Cross sell & achieve the cross sell targets which have been set .Crossell should be a outcome of the Corporate Visits & Service Camps .all relevant trainings / certification to be complied with
 Be responsible for customer engagement, growth of new accounts
 Work closely with the Service delivery teams to ensure excellent service to the Corporates . Liaison with all internal units to ensure SLA / TAT’s is maintained.
 Review service gaps and process to meet customer expectation.
 Conduct service camps, customer interactive sessions
 Help Drive the Employee Banking one bank Agenda
 Ensure good audit ratings in all internal/external audits, Group Audits.
 Ensure Audit awareness
 Handle Audit deliverables

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

 Handle Complaint/Escalation process
 NIL escalations by the corporate/customer against the Service Managers
 Ensure on boarding activities for corporates/customers
 Handle all WB queries as one point contact for CB customer resolution
 Ensure the salary credit process is risk free as well as timely for your Corporates/Encourage Corporates to Use S2B
 Ensure adherence to MCS /defined process for Salary Processing
 Handle salary rejects as per the prescribed process & turnaround
 Ensure that corporates /customers are encouraged to use alternative digital channels
