•Unique Contacts to the Portfolio Customers - VRM needs to contact unique set of around 30-35 customers of their portfolio
each day and do relationship building.In the process of the conversation VRM to address queries/complains & provide 100%
resolutions too.All these interactions are to be captured in CRM and any service/sales outcomes during the call is supposed
to be followed up
•Triggers - VRMs also get alerts for the mentioned portfolio customers for Birthdays/Any particular Events related triggers/Any particular campaigns and they are suppose to contact the customers and during the conversation they are suppose to enquire about the desired information
•Promotion of Digital Banking Platforms - VRMs while having conversations with the customers are suppose to educate/encourage customers to use the various Digital mediums/platforms that are available for the banking transactions/needs.
•Follow ups of Customer Requests/Complains/Sales Lead - VRMs to also maintain details of customer requests/complains/leads and follow up on the same on in coordination with their respectiveTeam Managers/Sales Manager/Complain Manager for customer satisfaction and offer fulfilment
•Mail Management - Since portfolio customers may write back to the VRMs official email ids in regards to their requirement/complains hence VRMs are also suppose to devote time hourly/bi-hourly on mail management too. Important process change/product launch/objectives of the Channel & Bank overall also comes in regularly on email hence mail management is a very important activity for the VRMs throughout the day
•MIS Reporting - Daily MIS is maintained by each VRMs on the activity that they have done throughout the day & report the same in regular intervals
•Training Sessions - Daily huddles with the Training & Quality Team on the process change/product launches/system knowledge/Quality feedbacks are also conducted and VRMs are supposed to be a part of the same for their betterment.
