Job Description for Supervisor

1-Every guest to be given warm welcome at arrival and fond farewell at departure.
2-Maintaining friendly ,courtious and customer service atmosphere at all times in the lobby.
3-To know how to make front office report,related to revenue report,morning report,meal plan,arr,eod,manager's report etc.
4-Proper guidance to all cashier to minimise the allowance,discounts and error free billing.
5-Capable enough In absence of D.M or Executive to take shift briefing.
6-Able to handle guest complaint and same to be intimated to D.M or AFOM & FOM.
7-Plan out for weekly roster for the department.
8-Plan it for vvip arrivals and departure related to amenities arrangement,transport,room check,welcome drink,arti tikka .
9-Maintaining grooming standards which will help in growing everyone's personality and confidence.
10-Up to date knowledge about the day to day arrival,departure,day conference,vvip list etc.
11-Any special functions like new year eve,huge booking,packages to be gone through and the same has been pass out to the juniors in team briefing.
12-Always interact with the guest in the lobby to know about their stay.
13.Room allotment to the group as well as fit's according to the guest preference.
14.Guest stay preference to be followed one day prior to make special arrangement on the day of arrival,like birthday,anniversery etc.
15.Ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are done smoothly without un-necessary delay or discomfort of guest.
16.Should have positive attitude and customer focus will be the main moto.

Job Description for GSA:

1-Taking responsibility to welcome the guest and make them comfotable in the lobby for registration.
2-Maintaining friendly ,courtious and customer service atmosphere at all times in the lobby.
3-To know how to make front office report,related to revenue report,morning report,meal plan,arr,eod,manager's report etc.
4-Proper guidance to all cashier to minimise the allowance,discounts and error free billing.
5-Try to maintain or good bonding with other department for smooth operation.
6-As a supervisore of a shift,need to cross check that as per the memo all rate set correctly.
7-Need to check the billing instructions and payment details as concern to group or fit guest.
8-One day prior need to plan for next day arrivals and departure and prepair the group folder ready.
9-Need to cross check all billing instruction according to the memo has been updated.
10-Need to cross check the registration procee has done done with all the required information such as adress proof,email id,contact no etc.to be updated in pms.
11-Motivate team to do upsale and cross sale the resort product at all time and get benifited as well.
