Role title: Circle SME Head Function: VBS
Band: G/F2/F1 Department: Sales
Reports to: Enterprise VBS Head Location: At Circle
Role purpose: This position is responsible for the operations of the SME business for the circle. This position will appropriately deploy the necessary resources to gain market share in the segment. The incumbent shall also provide necessary guidance to the Partner Account managers & other circle teams to be able to capture planned market share in the geography.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- To plan, budget, deliver segment revenues and contribution margins over a planning horizon including management of the subscriber acquisition costs
- To implement coverage and distribution strategies aimed at delivering targeted product sales
- To design and implement standardized sales management processes & build scale in the operations
- To position the organization and the Vodafone customer story to key customer groups, customer syndicates, external partners and other stakeholders
- Help shape customer understanding and drive functional expertise in the segment by organizing / participating in customer forums and building a knowledge base across the organization Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
