We are currently seeking Front Liner Sales- Cement to join our team in Mumbai.

Reporting- National Product Manager

Position Purpose:


Identify the need of the customer and drives sales of all Videojet equipment/ service contract/ in Cement Industry



Active prospecting of new customers within territory, generate & follow up on new sales leads



Maintain and grow sales within new and existing customers through regular calls, visits and establishing a relationship. Ensure all customer needs are being actively attended in a timely manner.



Maintain and manage Customer Database (CRM) for territory assigned



Prepare progress, forecast reports on a weekly basis for the Sales Manager review in SFDC, Funnel management



Achieve assigned sales revenue targets



Ensure sales revenue outstanding- Helps DSO in payment collections/forms and achieve the targets.

KEY COMPETENCIES



Selling Skills, Communication skills, Negotiation skills-To achieve monthly KPI numbers



Good interpersonal skills-Good relationships and contacts with customers



Competent in computer operations/ MS Office/ Software programs-Able to understand and work on SFDC



Good commercial acumen-Understand the quotations/ discounts/and its importance, and negotiate better.



Technical Skills – able to understand market needs, technically map the suitable VJ solution to customers, shall have technical skill to evaluate technical needs of customer



Should have knowledge of local market & industry trends, government tax policy etc..



Working experience in Cement / sugar /steel plants / chemical plants etc. with excellent track record in these segments,



Must have good relationship with key contact person in these segments,

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Education – Bachelor degree in Engineering /MBA (added advantage) or Diploma in engineering in electrical / Mechanical

WORK EXPERIENCE–

Minimum of 3+ years (experience will increase based on the requirement/ designation) of field sales experience in an Indian or a multi-national company selling Industrial products/ capital goods.
