Demonstrated experience in segmentation, targeting, and positioning to successfully drive growth.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently, to take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment to drive performance.

Drive execution of country tactical plans /portfolio strategy in alignment with the corresponding global strategic and tactical plans.
Provide local input to business cases and product requirements in close cooperation with sales organization securing to meet customer needs and validated revenue expectations.
Manage the process for product launching, marketing activities and sales concepts for the entire portfolio of products in collaboration with global and regional marketing.
Identify and articulate training and development needs and work closely with regional marketing leadership to maximize usage of resources.
Lead the collection of post-market surveillance and feed back to global marketing.
Review labeling, (labels, packages, DFUs manuals) from a marketing perspective.
Partner and influence with key customers and important stakeholders.
Work with sales team to deliver product information, presentation, training, data comparison. ,
