We are looking for dynamic individuals with relevant experience in Bench Sales/Business Development.
Location: Kolkata, WB
Individuals having experience in Bench Sales, having good accounts and Vendor contacts who can achieve targets and build long lasting relationships with Prime Vendors and clients.
*Qualification- MBA / Any Graduate
*Time - 7pm - 4am IST

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for Marketing the Bench Consultants.
* Developing and implementing long term relationships with all vendors.
* Cold calling and market research to locate the potential clients.
* Generate new Client leads.
* Developing new corporate alliances and maintaining services to the existing clients.
* Constantly interacting with vendors to understand their resource requirement.
* Hands-on experience working with the mid-clients/prime vendors, implementing partners.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of US visas and work authorizations like, F1 (OPT, CPT), H-1B, EAD, GC, Citizen, etc.
* Well versed with corp-to-corp, contract-to-hire, and full time positions.
* Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
