We are looking for someone who can maintain and manage the day to day by office operations and procedures, by drafting correspondence, reviewing invoices (partnering with Finance), approving supply requisitions (partner with Facilities), and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. The role would require working efficiently, accurately, and independently while having the ability to adjust to changing deadlines.
Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases.
Support work on any government audits and compliance issues.
Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed.
Monitors office operations.
Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff.
Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts.
Manages staff schedules as appropriate
Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders.
Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses.
5 years of related experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
Highly organized and flexible.
The ideal candidate will interface with all levels in a collaborative and professional manner. A “can do” and “how can I help” mindset will be critical for success. Experience working in an engineering focused office for a global product company is highly desired.
