Regional Manager –Sales & Services
will be responsible for delivering on the AOPs of all Services business models
at the Customer Service Center.
Services business models for CVG group will include but will not be restricted
to MCLS, Pay-for-Service, Instrument Services and Online Sales. He or she will
be responsible for short and long-term planning, budgeting and expenses
management for the On-field sales and services. Primary areas of responsibility

He/She will work at various levels, from head office, back-end
customer support center and the front end of the business and will be leading

efforts oriented at:
achieving AOP for all service and online business models

managing a team of sales and services team force for the
responsible region.

promotion of products and services under various service models
to relevant stakeholders.

customer management through active feedback from customers and
running customer delight programs for products and services

of Work: Meets
Services financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an
annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating
corrective actions. Determines
customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers;
visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; benchmarking best
practices; analyzing information and applications. Responsible
implementation of strategic plan on services contracts applicable to
instrumentation services, patient services and hospital services. Will
be directly accountable for Sales of MCL units, Patient Service Contracts,
EPG AMCs and CMCs and online selling of products. Territorial
management to ensure adequate coverage of all implanting centers and
customers. Manages
the team of Sales and Service personnel and ensures a development plan for
all levels to grow within the organization Ensure
high levels of problem solving efficiency at the field level to take care
of all kind of people and system related exigencies. Accomplishes
MIS including patient information and review dashboards and derive actions
to improve and take corrections as applicable and needed. Ensure sales and service effectiveness by collaborating
with the SFE team and ensuring FOJT. Coordinating and conducting product and services training
from time-to-time ensuring that the team is entirely updated on the latest
developments. Drives promotional campaign and achieves targets set out by
the marketing team. Provide
technical training to the technical sales reps

/BTech with a Management qualification in Services Management having experience
of 8-10 years in handling Sales and Services specifically in technology
oriented companies and having the a bility to manage large complex
projects and teams; manage institutional budgeting and purchasing activities
for technology procurement; develop and recommend strategic and tactical plans
for the delivery of technical services to the patients doctors and hospitals;
communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing; analyze
and problem solve a variety of highly technical issues; effectively
negotiate/influence others; establish and maintain effective working
relationships with internal and external personnel at all levels.
