Tile Racer — A 3D Racing Game

Tile Racer is a 3D racing game. It supports Windows and Linux. Tile Racer features contain realistic car physics and an in game track editor to create new maps to race on. This game is very interesting. The latest version of Tile Racer is 0.6. You can download it here.

Installing Tile Racer on Linux

  1. Open your terminal and run the following command:

sh TileRacer0.6_Setup.sh

  1. This will display Tile Racer Setup dialog box.

  1. Click Begin Install button.

That’s really very simple.

Running Tile Racer

To run Tile Racer, you can click Applications → Games → Tile Racer 0.6 menu item in GNOME.

    It seems to be great, I have Hardy 64, does it works with Amd64?… I’m downloading it, but I have no idea…

    @Mike,

    its easy to run Tile Racer on Hardy AMD64. Just use linux32 for it.

    type:

    sudo linux32 TileRacer0.702_Setup.sh
